SHIPPING & HANDLING

 

We ship most items via United States Post Office, but 2nd & 3rd day and overnight shipping is available via Federal Express. See rates and delivery times listed below. Note that all orders delivered by Federal Express require a valid street address; Fed Ex will NOT ship to PO Boxes. Orders from active-duty US Military personnel, shipped to APO and FPO addresses, foreign- or domestic-based, are the same price as to other domestic addresses and can only be shipped via United States Post Office.  Currently we do not accept orders outside the USA & Canada (except active-duty US Military personnel).

 

All orders will be processed within 24 hours (unless noted otherwise) and should be received by you within 1 week.   Problems with your order can be reported to us by e-mail at customerservice@ygof.com, please reference your YGOF Pin Order confirmation # in your inquiry.

Return Policy:

 

It is the policy of Mind & Media/Digital Press that if you are dissatisfied with our product you may return it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned as delivered and cannot be worn or used in any manner. In addition, all returns must be within 14 days of the date on the packing list. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded minus Shipping and Handling charges. Shipping and Handling charges will be returned if error was on the side of Mind & Media/Digital Press. Please include a copy of the packing list that came with the order.

 

To request a return you must:

Send an e-mail to customerservice@ygof.com and include short explanation for return.
We will e-mail you an authorization number, instructions and address for return.
Once we receive the item/items, we will send your refund.
